NONO ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
Ground black pepper
Red onion, large diced
Red bell pepper, large diced
Garlic cloves, minced
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, (optional - onions, red peppers, and garlic) and olive oil.
Place Brussels sprouts on two baking sheets in an even layer.
Place baking sheets in oven and bake approx. 15-18 minutes.
When Brussels sprouts are roasted to desired doneness and caramelized, remove from oven.
Gently pour hot Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl.
Pour NONO SAUCE over Brussels sprouts and gently toss or stir to evenly coat.
