NONO ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 1/4 lbs.
    • Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
    • 2 tbsp.
    • Olive oil
    • 1/4-1/3 Cup
    • NONO SAUCE
    • 3/4 tbsp.
    • Kosher salt
    • 3/4 tbsp.
    • Ground black pepper
  • Optional
    • 1
    • Red onion, large diced
    • 1
    • Red bell pepper, large diced
    • 4
    • Garlic cloves, minced

RECIPE

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, (optional - onions, red peppers, and garlic) and olive oil.
  3. Place Brussels sprouts on two baking sheets in an even layer.
  4. Place baking sheets in oven and bake approx. 15-18 minutes.
  5. When Brussels sprouts are roasted to desired doneness and caramelized, remove from oven.
  6. Gently pour hot Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl.
  7. Pour NONO SAUCE over Brussels sprouts and gently toss or stir to evenly coat.
  8. For more flavor, add NONO CANDIED BACON.
